My recent website revamp was all about clearer service descriptions and clearer calls to action. What do you think of a contact web form vs an email address?
I like having both, honestly. Some people like an easy contact form because it encourages them to keep the message short, others prefer to send an email. Having both gives your potential clients the opportunity to choose which works best for them.
Hmm okay this is a good point. I’ve also had a writer once admit to me she is “allergic to forms”. Adding easy email contact is now on my to-do list. Thanks :)
Looking forward to the Linked In workshop!! :)
Looking forward to seeing you there!
